Detailed Description
The Commercial Mortgage Evaluator is a tool to help assess the credit risk of commercial real estate loans, both on individual and portfolio levels, if applicable. This model utilizes individual loan-level credit metrics to derive loan-level credit enhancement levels. These in turn are aggregated to determine pool-level credit enhancement levels, which reflect the credit risk of the loans within a given pool.
CME offers excel-based integration and provides excel reports for model outputs, which includes deal and loan-Level CE reports. It allows users to enter deal-level assumptions such as asset domicile, GSE origination, and structural enhancements. It also offers an add/drop loan feature and provides error reporting functionality.
