Yann Le Pallec
President, S&P Global Ratings
Yann Le Pallec is President of S&P Global Ratings and a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team. He has ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the business, including commercial, analytical, control and operations functions. He is based in Paris and heads the S&P Global Ratings Operating Committee.
Mr. Le Pallec chairs the Board of CRISIL Ltd, a global provider of benchmarks and analytics for the financial community that also owns CRISIL Ratings, a leading credit rating agency in India. CRISIL Ltd is listed on BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange).
Previously, Mr. Le Pallec was the Executive Managing Director and Head of Global Ratings Services which oversees Analytics, Research, and Operations, encompassing more than 2,200 analysts and support staff across 28 countries who cover more than one million outstanding ratings on entities and securities across a range of sectors, including governments, corporations, financial institutions and structured finance.
Since joining S&P Global Ratings in 1999, Mr. Le Pallec has held a diverse array of roles, including Head of Global Corporate Ratings, leading a group of 500 analysts responsible for coverage of more than 4,000 non-financial corporations worldwide. Before that he led S&P Global’s credit ratings business in EMEA, managing a team of more than 900 ratings analysts and support staff across a dozen offices. Previously, he was Head of EMEA Corporate and Government Ratings, after serving in various managerial and analytical positions in the Insurance and Sovereign & Public Sector groups.
Mr. Le Pallec is the S&P Global Executive Sponsor for the Company's PRIDE People Resource Group, which is dedicated to maintaining a supportive work environment for LGBTQ+ colleagues.
Prior to joining S&P Global, Mr. Le Pallec worked for nine years at Paris-based auditing and financial services firm Salustro Reydel.
Mr. Le Pallec holds a master's degree in Business from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economique et Commerciales (ESSEC) in France.

Catherine Forbes
Head of Global Business Management
Catherine is Managing Director, Global Head of Business Management. Catherine leads a global team accountable for ensuring that Global Ratings Services’ resources, including people, processes, data, technology and physical locations, are used in the most effective and efficient way possible to deliver on our strategic priorities. She is a member of the Global Ratings Services Leadership Team.
Previous roles within S&P Global Ratings have included Head of Business Operations, team member of Ratings Operations, and Editor. Catherine has worked in S&P Global’s Paris and New York offices and is now based in London.
Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Cambridge University and an MBA from the Open University.

Latisha Kimber
Business Manager - U.S. & Canada Corporate Ratings
Latisha is a Business Manager for S&P Global’s U.S. & Canada Corporate Ratings. Her role entails partnering with stakeholders to help the practice and Global Ratings Services achieve their strategic priorities by facilitating change management, improving process efficiencies, owning key performance indicators/metrics, representing the practice in global initiatives and supporting business strategy, planning and execution.
She joined S&P Global, one of the most respected rating agencies, in May of 2015 as a Recovery Analyst and later transitioned to an Analyst covering telecommunication companies within the Corporate Ratings division. Prior to joining S&P Global, Latisha spent about 7 years in Finance where she worked at Wells Fargo, Bank of Montreal, and GE Capital as a Commercial Banker and a Workout Analyst. In addition, Latisha also has 8 years of military experience in the United States Army Reserve, where her responsibilities included logistics, supervising and managing assets for a medical brigade.
Latisha is a board member and Chair of the Membership Committee for S&P Global’s Employee Resource Group BOLD. BOLD's mission is to deliver programming that builds leadership competencies while increasing opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for Black employees and their supporters.
Latisha earned an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University.
