Fayga Czerniakowski Delbem is a partner and head of the credit desk at Itaú Asset, with R$495 billion under management, including high-grade and high-yield credit funds, in traditional mandates, pension funds, infrastructure funds and FIDCs. Additionally, Fayga coordinates the credit working groups at ANBIMA and AMEC. In the financial market since 2010, Fayga worked at Safra Asset and BRAM – Bradesco Asset, before joining Itaú in 2017. Fayga holds a degree in business administration from EAESP-FGV, a master's degree in economics from EESP-FGV and a CFA certification.

Leonardo C. Fleck has experience in sustainability and conservation with a focus on markets, finance, technology, biodiversity, and climate change. Leo joined Banco Santander Brasil in January 022, where he leads the bank's sustainable innovation initiatives including in the Amazon biome. Previously, Leo worked for ten years with the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation in Palo Alto, California in 2012, where he led the design and implementation of a new global program aimed at reducing ecosystem degradation associated with international commodity trade, encompassing projects in the United States, European Union, China, Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, and Indonesia. Leo also served on the Climate and Land Use Alliance (CLUA), the largest philanthropic alliance focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions from land use.
Prior to joining the Moore Foundation, he was lead economist and Brazil program lead at Conservation Strategy Fund, where he oversaw projects across Latin America spanning REDD+, ecotourism, landscape planning, agriculture, energy and transport infrastructure, and protected areas. He was part of the Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity initiative (TEEB), and lectured environmental economics and corporate sustainability internationally, including at Stanford University. Leo earned an M.B.A. from UNA University in Brazil, an M.Sc. in conservation biology from the University of Kent in England, and a BS. in biological sciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. Leo is also a Stanford Certified Program Manager.

Fernando Galdi is the Head of Strategy, Innovation & AI at Bradesco Asset, where he focuses on identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies to optimize asset management, including advanced applications of artificial intelligence. He also leads innovation initiatives related to products, processes, and services, ensuring alignment with the institution’s strategic planning.
With a strong academic background and extensive practical experience, Galdi holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from University of São Paulo (USP), completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Arkansas (UArk), and earned an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
Throughout his executive career, he served as a Commissioner at the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), playing a key role in modernizing capital market regulations in Brazil. He was also a member of Banestes audit committee and worked as an investor relations analyst at Braskem.
In the entrepreneurial side, he has structured and led financial market-focused ventures, including a wealth management firm and a quantitative hedge fund.
Currently, he is also a member of the Accounting Pronouncements Committee (CPC) and a Full Professor at FUCAPE Business School. He has authored three technical books on finance and accounting and has published 60+ scientific papers.

Justine Iverson is Head of the S&P Global Marketplace at S&P Global Market Intelligence. She leads the product strategy, inclusive of vision and roadmap, for the S&P Global Marketplace. Additionally, she is responsible expanding footprint with key partners such as Snowflake & Databricks. Ms. Iverson leads the team responsible for go to market efforts across the S&P Global Marketplace, Analytical Platforms and Channels. Prior to joining the product team, Ms. Iverson worked in various marketing roles within the data and financial services space at S&P Global, 361 Capital, a division of Hamilton Lane, and IHS Markit. Ms. Iverson holds an MBA from the University of Denver and BA in Journalism from the University of Montana.

Prior to joining S&P, Sandrely worked in the Banking Industry for more than 25 years. Having experience in Sustainable Finance in Agribusiness and Metals & Mining Industries; Risk Management and Trade Finance. At Rabobank, she led sustainable linked loans to coffee tradings and projects to recover degraded areas in the Cerrado Region. Sandrely obtained a specialization degree in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge and holds a Post graduation in Marketing and in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. João Machado is a senior economist at S&P Global Market Intelligence, specializing in Latin American macroeconomic analysis. Before joining S&P Global, he developed a solid background as an economic analyst at the Federation Industries of the State of São Paulo, conducting industry-focused studies and forecasting macroeconomic variables. Additionally, Machado was a professor of accounting and business strategies at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a teacher/advisor in the Master of Business Administration program in finance and controllership at the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture, University of São Paulo. He also served as a doctoral researcher at the Center for Industrial and Technological Economics at UNICAMP, contributing to published research across various areas of economics. Machado holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s and a doctorate in economics, along with a specialization in finance and controllership, and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Currently the Superintendent of Sustainability at Copel, directly involved in Copel's ESG strategy. Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná, with a specialization in Environmental Management in Industry, an MBA in Leadership and Business Management, and a specialization in Corporate Sustainability: ESG Strategies in Operations. I have been working for 25 years in areas related to sustainability, coordinating sustainability assessment processes such as ISE B3, CSA (Dow Jones), CDP, and preparing Integrated Reports. Melissa is Head of Head of Visible Alpha Research. She spent 20+ years as an equity analyst and portfolio manager. At TIAA/Nuveen, Melissa specialized in covering global technology and consumer stocks and the Pan-Asia region. She also managed one of Fidelity's equity research teams as a director of research. In addition to her equity investing career, Melissa worked directly with software engineering teams at Bloomberg, Microsoft, and MSCI building cloud-based solutions to centralize and aggregate critical investment data for investors. Melissa studied Japanese at Harvard University, received her MA in economics from Brandeis University and MS degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a CFA charterholder.

Saugata serves as President of S&P Global Market Intelligence, leading the division's efforts to deliver essential insights and intelligence to clients worldwide. He is also S&P Global’s Chief Enterprise Data Officer, responsible for driving innovation and excellence in the company’s enterprise data strategy. Saugata is a member of S&P Global’s Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the organization.
In previous roles, Saugata served as President of the Energy division and as Chief Financial Officer for both the S&P Global Market Intelligence and S&P Global Platts divisions. Earlier in his tenure at S&P Global, he led financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and corporate strategy, oversaw operations and finance for the central technology group, and directed the integration program for a significant acquisition. Saugata also led the strategy team within S&P Global’s Ratings division.
Before joining S&P Global, Saugata was a consultant at McKinsey & Company’s New York office, where he advised clients on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and operational improvements across various industries, with a strong focus on financial services.
Saugata began his career at The Godrej Group, a $4 billion diversified conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. During his seven years at Godrej, he held leadership roles in sales, spearheaded supply chain re-engineering initiatives, and worked closely with the Office of the Group Chairman on strategic initiatives.

João Villaverde is the Secretary of Institutional Articulation at the Ministry of Planning and Budget (MPO). In the first nine months of 2023, he served as a special advisor to Minister Simone Tebet at the MPO. Prior to that, he was a professor of Public Administration at FGV in São Paulo. He worked as an economic policy consultant at MGA, a consulting firm based in NYC and London. He holds a master's degree and is a doctoral candidate in Public Administration and Government from FGV-SP. He was a researcher at Columbia University (New York) and spent 11 years as a journalist in newsrooms (Valor Econômico and Estadão).
