Platts changes frequency of several Texas, New Jersey and PJM US REC assessments to daily, July 1
Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has changed the frequency of several US Renewable Energy Certificates price assessments from weekly to daily, effective July 1.
Platts initially proposed changing the frequency of several Texas, New Jersey, and PJM US RECs assessments in a proposal note on May 18, followed by a decision note published on June 3.
Platts has made these changes to reflect greater market liquidity where relevant. Platts has also changed the assessment description for several assessments, as highlighted in the table below.
The affected assessments are:

The assessments are published daily at 1:30 pm Central Time and follow the US holiday calendar.
These assessments appear in REC Daily and Megawatt Daily, as well as in the fixed pages CLE3200, PEA0750, EVA3005, and AGP2750.
