Head of Climate Markets and Policy Analytics
Roman Kramarchuk leads efforts at Platts to analyze the impacts of the energy transition – driven by policy changes and technology advancements – on the energy sector and energy market outlooks, with a special focus on clean energy (i.e. carbon markets, hydrogen, stationary storage, electric vehicles/alternative transport, renewables, etc.). He oversees the Platts Analytics Future Energy Outlooks – advising clients on energy transition and long term energy market views (including 2 degree scenarios) – and has led the GHG and North American Environmental Markets Services – offering insights into environmental markets & policies.
Prior to joining PIRA, now part of S&P Global Platts, he was at the U.S. EPA, developing key power plant and industrial emissions regulations at the Clean Air Markets Division. With both PG&E NEG and PA Consulting / PHB Hagler Bailly, he evaluated strategies regarding fuel choice, capital investments and trading. Roman also worked on international projects to develop power markets and regulatory capacity in the former Soviet Union and India. At the Federal Reserve Board, Roman analyzed trends in industrial production.
He has an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. in economics and B.S.E. in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kelly Morgan is a research director in the 451 Research technology research group at S&P Global Energy. She is responsible for the Datacenter Services & Infrastructure team as well as the M&A practice. Her research includes analysis of datacenter providers, market size, supply/demand, new technology and datacenter industry trends, as well as M&A activity.
Before joining S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2019 via acquisition, Kelly spent more than 18 years covering datacenters and telecommunications at both 451 Research and in private equity. She also worked for several years in Paris at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, managing the organization’s budget process.
Kelly holds a BA degree with honors from Wesleyan University and an MA from Tufts, where she studied international business and economics.

Paul Munday is a Director, Global Climate Adaptation & Resilience Specialist at S&P Global Ratings, where he leads and coordinates S&P Global Ratings’ research and application of climate adaptation and resilience analytics. He works at the interface between data and research, leveraging his expertise to help improve clarity of the credit impacts from climate risks.
Paul has over 10 years of experience in both the UK and abroad, providing advice to private and public sector clients across multiple sectors to help mainstream consideration of climate resilience into projects and programmes. Prior to joining S&P Global Ratings, Paul worked in climate risk consultancy.
He is a Chartered Scientist, Chartered Water and Environment Manager and certified expert in climate adaptation finance by the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Prerna leads the global market strategy for our Climate and ESG-linked Credit & Risk Solutions. Prerna has worked extensively across topics of climate change, climate scenario analysis and climate risk management. She joined S&P Global Market Intelligence in May 2017 as a Director in the Product Specialist team for Credit Risk Solutions, leading efforts in South East Asia and Japan.
Previously, she was at Fitch Ratings where she was part of the Business and Relationship Management team in Singapore, managing new business initiatives for the corporate ratings business. Before that, she spent two years at Standard Chartered on the debt markets desk, where she assisted Indian corporates in tapping the Singapore debt markets. She also spent seven years in J.P. Morgan’s investment banking team covering financial institution customers in India. Prerna is a certified Chartered Accountant from India.

Jessica is Head of Client Development for the Financial Institutions business at Trucost, part of S&P Global. Jessica joined Trucost in 2008, working with asset managers and asset owners to integrate environmental data into their investment decisions. Laura Kaliszewski is Global Head of Client Sustainable Investing at Natixis Investment Managers, a dedicated team to support clients in their sustainability goals, as a trusted and strategic sustainable expert function. Laura also works closely with Natixis’ IM investment managers, to ensure alignment between their capabilities and clients’ needs. She is also leading Natixis IM’s industry-wide thought leadership initiatives on sustainability topics such as blended finance.
Laura Kaliszewski joined Natixis IM in 2020 and previously served as Head of Sustainable Investment Solutions, responsible for strengthening the firm's sustainability capabilities and developing its range of innovative sustainable solutions. She has more than 15 years of experience in sustainable and impact investing, portfolio management, credit, and risk with firms including Moody’s, BlueOrchard, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan, as well as within international development organizations such as the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation.
As part of her function, Laura also has several advisory roles on blended finance topics, such as co-head of the advisory committee on private capital mobilization within the Investor Leadership Network, a G7 initiative, and member of the working group of the French Institute of Sustainable Finance (IFD) to participate in a better reorientation of capital flows towards the financing of climate transition projects in emerging countries.
She earned a master’s degree in global affairs from New York University and a master’s degree in international economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
