Platts to update FOLicht UCOME +5 EXW Central Europe assessment

Platts will change the basis location, delivery terms, and the Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP) for the Platts FOLicht UCOME +5 EXW Central Europe price assessment (AFOLB04), effective Dec. 15, 2025.

Platts will change the CFPP to zero degrees Celsius from plus five C, to better reflect the market and specifications of UCOME. Platts will also update the location and delivery terms to Delivered Central Europe, basis Vienna, where Central Europe refers to Germany and Austria.

The delivered basis will take into account FCA and DAP price indications. Other locations may be considered and normalized to the basis location as needed.
