Platts proposes to amend FOLicht UCOME +5 EXW Central Europe assessment

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, proposes to change the basis location, delivery terms, and the Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP) for the FOLicht UCOME +5 EXW Central Europe price assessment (AFOLB04), effective Dec. 15.

Platts proposes to change the CFPP to zero from plus five, to better reflect the market and specifications of UCOME. Platts also proposes to update the location and delivery terms to Delivered Central Europe, basis Vienna, where Central Europe refers to Germany and Austria.

The delivered basis would take into account FCA and DAP price indications. Other locations may be considered and normalized to the basis location as needed.
