Platts updates US REC inputs in implied h-OCs, CN Hydrogen assessments
Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has updated the US Renewable Energy Certificate, or REC, assessments utilized in the calculation of its Implied Hydrogen Origin Certificate, or h-OC, and Carbon Neutral Hydrogen, or CNH, assessments for California and the US Gulf Coast, effective Oct. 16, following the discontinuation of several US REC assessments.
While the discontinuation is effective Oct. 16, it will be reflected in the US h-OC and CNH assessments from Oct. 17.
