Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has launched the India toluene diisocyanate weekly spot assessment, effective Sept. 12, 2025.
Platts announced its decision to launch the new India toluene diisocyanate weekly assessment in a subscriber note published here, following a proposal published on July 30.
Details of the assessment are as follows:

All market information reported to Platts may be considered and will be published in real time, including firm bids and offers, trades and indicative values, as well as any other data deemed relevant to the assessment process.
The CFR India TDI assessment includes any applicable antidumping duty to accurately reflect the landed prices available to buyers from different origins. Pricing information for material with other specifications and terms may be normalized to the standard.
The assessment reflects spot prices at 4:30 pm Singapore time every Friday and will follow the India publication schedule.
The CFR India TDI assessment expands Platts Isocyanates coverage and supports existing US and Northwest Europe coverage.
