Platts to launch weekly toluene diisocyanate spot assessment

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will launch toluene diisocyanate weekly spot assessment, effective Sept. 12, 2025.

All market information reported to Platts may be considered and will be published in real time, including firm bids and offers, trades and indicative values, as well as any other data deemed relevant to the assessment process.

The CFR India TDI assessment will include any applicable antidumping duty to accurately reflect the landed prices available to buyers from different origins. Pricing information for material with other specifications and terms may be normalized to the standard.

The assessment will reflect spot prices at 4:30 pm Singapore time every Friday and will follow the India publication schedule.

The CFR India TDI assessment will expand Platts Isocyanates coverage and support existing US and Northwest Europe coverage.

A weekly commentary will be published on Fridays and will appear in Asian Petrochemicalscan and on Platts Connect.
