S&P Global Platts to discontinue two Russian-origin aluminum assessments

S&P Global Platts has decided to discontinue two daily price assessments for the Russian-origin aluminum from November 1, 2020, due to a lack of liquidity and changes in product flows.

Russian-origin material will continue to be reflected within the "Good Western" specification for Platts daily duty-paid (AALVE00) and duty-unpaid (AALVI00) European aluminum premium assessments.
