Former ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson has started his new job at the State Department, where he could still have a big impact on energy and commodity issues around the globe. Senior oil editors Meghan Gordon and Brian Scheid look at how Tillerson might approach the long-simmering tensions in the South China Sea.
