Platts to amend rollover date of Asian Dated Brent Strip at London close

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will amend the rollover date of its Asian Dated Brent (ADB) Strip at London close assessment to the first publication day of each month, effective Dec. 1, 2026.

The change follows a review of historical data sets and will align the ADB Strip at London close assessment with the current rollover date of the ADB Strip at Asia close assessment.

Currently, this assessment, which reflects the forward assessment of Dated Brent two months ahead of the date of publication at the 4:30 pm London close, rolls over on the 9th of the month.

Platts proposed this change in a subscriber note published Sept. 21, 2026.
