Platts proposes to amend rollover date of Asian Dated Brent Strip at London close

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, is proposing to amend the rollover date of its Asian Dated Brent Strip at London close assessment to the first publication day of the month, from Dec. 1, 2026.

The proposed change, which follows Platts review of historical data sets, would align the ADB Strip at London close assessment with the current rollover date of its ADB Strip at Asia close assessment.

Currently, this assessment, which reflects the forward value of Dated Brent two months ahead of the date of publication at the 4:30 pm London close, rolls over on the 9th of the month.

The assessments affected by this change appear in Crude Oil Marketwire, Asia Pacific/Arab Gulf Marketscan, Oilgram Price Report, Platts Global Alert/ Platts Crude Oil Alert pages 2206, 2213, 2215, 2217, 2219, 2260, 2261, 2262, 2263, 2264, 2265, 2266, 2267, 2268, 2269, 2270, 2271, 2280, 2281, 2558, 2559, and under their price database codes as below:
