Platts launches Brazil Energy Trader publication

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has started publishing the weekly Brazil Energy Trader publication, effective immediately.

The publication will be published Thursday evening Brasilia time in English and Friday morning Brasilia time in Portuguese. It contains Platts' newly launched Brazil natural gas spot price assessments, details of which can be found here.

It also includes LNG and power assessments, TAG demand and line pack data, TAG and NTS purchases and sales of gas for system use, weekly ONS natural gas dispatch data, forward ICE Brent and CME Henry Hub-based quarterly calculation period prices for LDC contracts, weekly commentaries for the spot gas and forward power markets, and relevant news stories from the week.
