Platts discontinues five US urea price assessments July 1

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has discontinued five US urea price assessments, effective July 1, 2025.

This decision follows a review of the US fertilizer market, trade flows and their relevance to the international urea market.

The discontinued assessments, along with the symbol,s are as follows:

These discontinuations were previously outlined in a proposal note published March 21 and a decision note published April 16.

The last publication date for these assessments was June 26, 2025.

These assessments were published in the US Fertilizer Report and on Platts Connect.
