Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will amend the location basis for its CFR China River (granular) (Yuan/mt) domestic sulfur assessment (AGRNA00) to ex-works Zhenjiang, effective July 1, 2026.
This decision follows a proposal note published May 19, 2026.
The change to an ex-works basis is intended to reflect typical domestic sulfur transactions in China.
The specifications of the assessment will be as follows:
