Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, proposes to amend the basis for its existing CFR China River (granular) (Yuan/mt) domestic sulfur assessment (AGRNA00) to ex-works Zhenjiang, effective July 1, 2026.
The proposed change to an ex-works basis is intended to reflect typical domestic trade transactions in the country.
The specifications of the assessment are as follows:
