Platts to discontinue FOB Australia bulk DAP assessment effective June 26

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will discontinue its diammonium phosphate assessment FOB Australia bulk effective June 26.

This decision for discontinuation follows a proposal note published March 13, based on diminishing trade volumes done on an FOB Australia basis with a sustained shift toward delivered incoterms on a cost and freight basis.

The assessment currently appears under the symbol FDPBI04 in the Phosphate Market Report and the Platts price database.
