Platts Group 3 and Denver Gasoline RVP Changes, E15

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will reflect 8.5 RVP for the Oklahoma Group 3 regular and premium-low RVP suboctane assessments and 9 RVP for FOB Denver RBOB and Premium RBOB starting March 31, in accordance with changes from ONEOK pipeline.

ONEOK announced that the system conversion to 7.8 RVP will not take place April 1, following the previous announcement of a delay until the first of the month.

Additionally, Platts will reflect 9 RVP for the Denver RBOB and Premium RBOB assessments following changes published to the ONEOK pipeline calendar March 26. The changes are in adherence to the Code of Federal Regulations Gasoline RVP standards.

Additionally, the changes are reflected in the Platts RVP Calendar for 2026, available for download here. The calendar is updated periodically as more information becomes available.

As the changes will only affect low RVP products in the Group 3 system, the higher RVP Gasoline Unl Sub Octane Group 3 pipeline and the Gasoline Prem Unl 91 Group 3 pipeline assessments will not be impacted.
