Platts Group 3 low RVP gasoline RVP changes to 7.3 psi March 31

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will reflect 7.3 RVP for the Oklahoma Group 3 regular and premium low RVP suboctane assessments from March 31, in accordance with Platts methodology for assessing next-day barrels and a recently announced delay from ONEOK.

ONEOK announced that the system conversion to 7.8 RVP will be delayed until 8 am CST on April 1, rather than the originally scheduled March 16.

The impacted symbols are as follows:

Additionally, the changes are reflected in the Platts RVP Calendar for 2026, available to download here. The calendar is updated periodically as more information becomes available.

As the changes will only affect low RVP products in the Group 3 system, the higher RVP Gasoline Unl Sub Octane Group 3 pipeline and the Gasoline Prem Unl 91 Group 3 pipeline assessments will not be impacted.
