Platts discontinues Asia SAF - Jet Fuel ratio and Asia SAF - Jet Fuel spread Jan 2, 2026

Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, has discontinued its Asia Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) - Jet fuel ratio and Asia SAF - Jet Fuel spread daily calculations, effective Jan. 2, 2026.

The discontinued calculations reflected the ratio and spread between the SAF HEFA-SPK cost of production (PFAD) Southeast Asia assessment and the Jet Kero FOB Singapore assessment. Platts has discontinued the SAF HEFA-SPK cost of production (PFAD) Southeast Asia prices from Jan. 2, 2026, following the observation of limited PFAD feedstock in the production of SAF via the HEFA-SPK pathway in the global market.
