Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, will discontinue its Asia sustainable aviation fuel (SAF)-jet fuel ratio and Asia SAF-jet fuel spread daily calculations, effective Jan. 2, 2026.
The calculations reflect the ratio and spread between the SAF HEFA-SPK cost of production (PFAD) Southeast Asia assessment and the Jet Kero FOB Singapore assessment. Platts will discontinue the SAF HEFA-SPK cost of production (PFAD) Southeast Asia prices from Jan. 2, 2026, following the observation of limited PFAD feedstock in the production of SAF via the HEFA-SPK pathway in the global market.
The symbols that will be affected are listed in the table below:
Description | Symbol |
Asia SAF-Jet Fuel Ratio | ASIAD00 |
Asia SAF-Jet Fuel Spread | ASIAE00 |
These calculations are currently published in the Platts price database.
