New carbon-intensity basket symbols for European biomethane GOs
The following carbon-intensity basket symbols for European biomethane GOs have been created in the Market Data category EBM (Natural Gas: European Biomethane).
The symbols will be featured in the following:
Fixed Page: Platts LNG Alert LNG0841, Platts Natural Gas Alert PGN0876, Platts European Gas and Power Alert PEP1107.
Publication: European Gas Daily, REC Daily and S&P Global Energy Core.
They are scheduled to begin updating on June 1, 2026.
