Subscriber note: Worldscale rates for 2013 Med crude and Urals NWE assessments

Effective January 2, Platts will use the following Worldscale flat rates per metric tonne for its crude oil FOB Mediterranean and Northwest Europe spot assessments. Rates from Augusta to: Novorossiisk CPC terminal $10.03, Novorossiisk $10.03, Supsa $9.21, Batumi $10.61, Es Sider $4.90, Skikda $6.25, Ceyhan $8.31, Banias $7.21, Tartous $7.23, Sidi Kerir $6.05. Rotterdam to Primorsk $9.64. Rotterdam to Baltics ports (basket of Butinge $8.38, Ventspils $8.75 and Tallin $9.96) $9.03. Rotterdam port charge used will be $0.15/b.
