Effective January 2, 2013, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formulas for Russian domestic oil products will be: $9.34/mt for Primorsk-Rotterdam; $12.24/mt for Novorossiisk-Genoa; $9.47/mt for St. Petersburg-Rotterdam; $8.93/mt for Vysotsk-Rotterdam; $8.44/mt for Ventspils-Rotterdam; and $14.97/mt for Nakhodka-Singapore.
