ULSD SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Effective January 2, 2013, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB Med 10ppm diesel becomes $9.41/mt. The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB NWE 10ppm diesel (Le Havre) becomes $8.89/mt. The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for the FOB ULSD 10ppm diesel (ARA) becomes $8.66/mt. The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for the CIF 10ppm diesel UK becomes $2.51/mt.
