SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts amends Rotterdam port fees for Urals netbacks

Effective January 2, 2015, and following a revised Rotterdam port tariff issued by Worldscale, the port fee for netback calculation in Urals Primorsk and Urals ex-Baltic is amended to $0.15/b ($1.05/mt).
