SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Early European MOC close December 31 and January 2

Due to upcoming public holidays, the Platts Market On Close assessment process will reflect an earlier close of 12:30 pm London time, not the usual 4:30 pm, on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, and Friday, January 2, 2015.

All European and African oil and oil product assessments those days will be time-stamped to 12:30 pm London time.

Platts Russian domestic assessments will be time-stamped to 12:30 pm Moscow time.

All Market on Close assessment process time cut-off guidelines for physical and derivative oil and oil product markets will be moved forward by four hours.
