Platts corrects COMEX copper, silver, gold prices for Dec 22, Dec 26

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has corrected the daily values for the first, second and third positions for COMEX copper (CMAAD10, CMAAE10 and CMAAF10) and COMEX silver (CMAAJ10, CMAAK10 and CMAAL10), and the first and second positions for COMEX gold (CMAAG10 and CMAAH10) for Dec. 22 and Dec. 26.

A technical error caused incorrect pricing for COMEX copper, silver and gold to appear in Platts Metals Daily and Platts Metals Week on Dec. 22 and Dec. 26.

Platts has also corrected the weekly averages for the first, second and third positions for COMEX copper (CMAAD01, CMAAE01 and CMAAF01) and COMEX silver (CMAAJ01, CMAAK01 and CMAAL01), as well as the weekly averages for the first and second positions for COMEX gold (CMAAG01 and CMAAH01) for the week ending Dec. 22.

As a result of the error, the Platts Copper Transaction price (MMCUT00) was corrected for Dec. 22 and Dec. 26, as was the Platts Copper Transaction weekly average (MMCUT04) for the week ending Dec. 22.
