Holiday notice for North American electricity

Per the Platts' Holiday Schedule (www.platts.com/HolidayHome), Platts will not publish North American daily electricity prices January 2, 2012, because of the New Year's Day holiday. In addition, Megawatt Daily and Energy Trader will not be published January 2.

Daily electricity price indexes and assessments based on trading Friday, December 30, will be published that day on Platts Electricity Alert and in Platts Market Data, and will be published in the January 3 issues of Megawatt Daily and Energy Trader. Flow dates for packages traded Friday, December 30, vary among markets and regions and will be specified in published price tables.

In addition, Platts will not assess US forward electricity markets December 30 and the Platts-ICE Forward Curve-Electricity (North America) will not be published.
