Worldscale rates for 2020 Russian product netbacks

Effective January 2, 2020, Platts will use the following Worldscale flat rates per metric tonne for its Russian oil products netbacks.

Rates to Genoa from Novorossiisk $10.63; Rotterdam from Vysotsk $8.89; Rotterdam from St. Petersburg $8.43; Rotterdam from Ventspils $7.53; Rotterdam from Primorsk $8.33. Rotterdam port charge used will be $0.83.
