SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts revises LNG Carrier Day Rates

Platts has revised its Asia Pacific LNG Carrier Day Rates (APDR) and Atlantic LNG Carrier Day Rates (ATDR) assessments to account for carriers of 155,000-180,000 cu m. The revised assumptions are effective January 4, 2016 on page NG1025 of Platts Natural Gas Alert and in the Shipping and Price tables on pages 3 and 6 of the LNG Daily newsletter and on the Platts LNG Navigator and Platts Market Center services.

Platts has also updated the voyage times used in its freight cost calculation assumptions to reflect point-to-point distances and current trade patterns in LNG.
