Effective January 2, 2014, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB Med 10ppm diesel becomes $9.21/mt. The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB NWE 10ppm diesel (Le Havre) becomes $8.68/mt. The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for the FOB ULSD 10ppm diesel (ARA) becomes $8.43/mt. The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for the CIF 10ppm diesel UK becomes $2.51/mt.
