Worldscale rates for Urals Med/NWE assessments

Platts will use the following Worldscale flat rates per mt for its crude oil FOB Mediterranean and Northwest Europe spot assessments starting January 4, 2011.

Rates from Augusta to: Novorossiisk CPC terminal $7.11, Novorossiisk $8.35, Supsa $7.48, Batumi $8.81, Es Sider $4.07, Skikda $5.32, Ceyhan $6.89, Banias $5.85, Tartous $5.87, Sidi Kerir $4.92. Rotterdam to Primorsk $7.50.

Rotterdam to Baltics ports (basket of Butinge $6.58, Ventspils $6.91 and Tallin $7.92) $7.14. Rotterdam port charge used will be $0.30/b.
