Changes to Worldscale rates for ULSD NWE/Med

Effective January 3, 2012, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB Med 10ppm diesel becomes $8.98/mt.

The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB NWE 10ppm diesel (Le Havre) becomes $8.58/mt.

The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for the FOB ULSD 10ppm diesel (ARA) becomes $8.23/mt.
