Changes to Worldscale rates for naphtha cargoes

Effective January 3, 2012 the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB Med naphtha cargoes becomes $15.14/mt.

The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for CIF MED naphtha becomes $9.05/mt.

An additional $3/mt will be added to the cross-Med worldscale rate used to cover additional costs.
