Changes to Worldscale rates for 0.1% gasoil NWE, Med

Effective January 3, 2012, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formulas for FOB Med 0.1% gasoil will be $10.16/mt.

For FOB NWE 0.1% gasoil the Worldscale flat rate will be $9.14/mt.
