SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts adds new rationale for ULSD USGC Export assessment

As part of its continued commitment to market transparency, Platts will begin publishing an assessment rationale for an additional US diesel assessment with effect from February 1, 2016. This new rationale will provide additional explanation behind the Platts ULSD USGC Export assessment.

This new rationale complements existing market analysis and commentaries by providing specific details regarding how Platts editors arrived at the published assessment. The existing commentary for this assessment is published on Platts Global Alert page 499.

The new rationale -- along with additional Bid, Offer, Trade and Exclusion data on existing BOTE summary pages -- will appear in Platts US Marketscan and on Platts Global Alert.
