Effective January 2, 2019, the Worldscale flat rates used in the CIF Rotterdam BFOE crude assessments, that comprise CIF Dated Brent, will be $8.57/mt (Brent), $5.86 (Forties), $5.75 (Oseberg), $4.71 (Ekofisk) and $5.78 (Troll). The flat rate will be adjusted using the Worldscale rate published in the Platts Dirty Tankerwire for an 80,000 mt Aframax cross North Sea route. The conversion factors applied will be 7.52 (Brent), 7.57 (Forties), 7.53 (Oseberg), 7.56 (Ekofisk) and 7.44 (Troll). The Rotterdam port fee calculation used will be 14 cents/b.
