SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Worldscale rates for 2019 Med crude and Urals NWE assessments

Effective January 2, 2019, Platts will use the following Worldscale flat rates per metric tonne for its crude oil FOB Mediterranean and Northwest Europe spot assessments. Rates to Augusta from: Novorossiisk CPC terminal $8.00, Novorossiisk $8.00, Supsa $7.47, Batumi $8.99, Es Sider $4.20, Skikda $5.66, Ceyhan $6.71, Banias $5.79, Tartous $5.80, Sidi Kerir $4.88. Rotterdam from Primorsk $8.72. Rotterdam from Baltics ports (basket of Ust-Luga $8.77, Primorsk $8.72 and Gdansk $7.65) $8.38. Rotterdam port charge used will be $0.12/b.
