SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Freight netback for Azeri Light FOB Supsa in 2019

Effective January 2, 2019, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the freight netback to the Azeri Light FOB Supsa assessment will be $7.47/mt. The flat rate will be adjusted using the Worldscale rate published in the S&P Global Platts Dirty Tankerwire for an 80,000 mt Aframax Black Sea to Mediterranean route. Estimated net demurrage at the Turkish straits will be considered. The conversion factor applied will be 7.40.
