SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Jan Forties sulfur de-escalator to be announced 11 am Dec 24

Please note that the publication of the sulfur de-escalator for North Sea Forties crude oil cargoes loading in January 2014 will take place on December 24 at 11 am London time, earlier than the usual announcement at 3 pm London time. This is due to Platts bringing forward its European assessment process by four hours on December 24 to reflect early closes in those markets. Platts will usually state the sulfur de-escalator applied to the North Sea's Forties crude oil every month at 3 pm London time, on the 25th of the month prior to the month of implementation.
