Change to European ULSD netback formula, starting January 4

Effective January 4, 2011, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB Med 10 ppm diesel becomes $7.87/mt.

The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB NWE 10 ppm diesel (Le Havre) becomes $7.61/mt.

The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB ULSD 10 ppm diesel (ARA) becomes $7.18/mt.
