Platts Chemicals 2023 year-end publishing schedule

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, would like to remind its subscribers of its Chemicals 2023 year-end publishing schedule.

Publications:

• The last Asia Petrochemicalscan, Europe and Americas Petrochemicalscan and Olefinscan publications for 2023 will be published on Dec. 22, while the publications will resume on Jan. 5, 2024.
• The last Solventswire for 2023 will be published on Dec. 19, while the publication will resume on Jan. 9, 2024.
• The last Polymerscan will be published Dec. 20, while the publication will resume on Jan. 10, 2024.
• Asia daily assessments, weekly averages of Americas daily assessments and weekly averages of Europe daily assessments, published on Platts Petrochemical Alert Service during the 2023 year-end period, will be in the first publications of 2024.

Global weekly assessments:

• Final weekly solvents assessments, commentaries and rationales will be on Dec. 19, 2023.
• Final weekly polymer assessments, commentaries and rationales will be on Dec. 20, 2023.
• Final weekly intermediates assessments, commentaries and rationales will be on Dec. 21, 2023.
• Final weekly olefins, aromatics and freight assessments will be on Dec. 22, 2023.
• All weekly assessments, rationales and commentaries will resume from Jan. 5, 2024, in line with the typical publication schedule.

Global daily assessments:

• No commentaries will be published globally from Dec. 22-29, 2023, while rationales will be published. Daily commentaries will resume on Jan. 2, 2024.
• Daily assessments and rationales will continue to be published as usual over the 2023 year-end period via Platts Petrochemical Alert Service and Platts Connect, except for the following dates:

Friday, Dec. 22, 2023 (Publishing day before Christmas Day)

• Asia assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 12:30 pm Singapore time (0430 GMT).
• Europe assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 12:30 pm London time (1230 GMT).
• Americas assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 1:30 pm Central time (1930 GMT).
• No daily and weekly commentaries will be published globally.

Monday, Dec. 25, 2023 (Christmas Day)

No Platts services or publications worldwide.

Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023 (Boxing Day)

No Europe chemical assessments.

Friday, Dec. 29, 2023 (Publishing day before New Year's Day)

• Asia assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 12:30 pm Singapore time.
• Europe assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 12:30 pm London time.
• Americas assessments and Market on Close process will be basis 1:30 pm Central time.
• No daily and weekly commentaries will be published globally.
