Due to the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays, weekly oil data from the US Energy Information Administration will be delayed two days during those weeks. The release dates are as follows: Friday, December 28, and Friday, January 4, both at 11 a.m. EST. The American Petroleum Institute will also delay its release of weekly oil data, with reports out Thursday, December 27, and Thursday, January 3, at 4:30 p.m. EST. In accordance with the delay of the reports, Platts will release its weekly oil inventory survey of analysts on Wednesday, December 26, and Wednesday, January 2.
