SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Early European MOC close December 24 and December 31

Due to upcoming public holidays in the UK, the Platts Market on Close assessment process will reflect an earlier close of 12:30 pm London time (1230 GMT), not the usual 4:30 pm, on December 24 and December 31, 2015.

All European petrochemical assessments on those days will be time-stamped to 12:30 pm London time.

All Platts MOC time cut-off guidelines for petrochemicals markets will be moved forward by four hours.
