Freight rate for Med, NWE fuel oil netbacks in 2011

Effective January 4, 2011, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formulas for FOB Med 1% and 3.5% fuel oil will be $7.05/mt.

For CIF NWE 1% fuel oil the Worldscale flat rate will be $6.25/mt and for FOB NWE 3.5% fuel oil: $7.44/mt.
