Subscriber note: Platts updates Cross Fuel Comparisons tables

Effective December 16, Platts has updated the heating values, heat rates, metric conversions and emissions factors used in the Generating Fuel Cost Comparisons and Cross Fuel Comparisons tables published in European Power Daily and European Gas Daily respectively.
