January 4 change to netback formulas for Med naphtha cargoes

Effective January 4, 2011, the Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for FOB Med naphtha cargoes becomes $12.92/mt.

The Worldscale flat rate used to calculate the netback formula for CIF MED naphtha becomes $7.90/mt.

An additional $3/mt will be added to the cross-Med Worldscale rate used to cover additional costs.
